Safety & Legal Guidelines

When attending Music & Movement with Sara, please note the following:

- parents/caregivers are responsibile for their own children and may only work with their own child

- if your child needs a break, please take one and rejoin when they are ready

- parental/caregiver participation is highly encouraged but please do not do anything you are uncomfortable with

- we strive to ensure a safe and secure environment for our Music & Movement with Sara classes, but participation is at your own risk

- Music & Movement with Sara is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss and damage to personal belongings that occurs during or in connection with classes, except in cases of gross negligence or where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law

Booking Conditions

When booking a Music & Movement with Sara class, please note the following:

- booking and payment must be made in advance

- your place will only be confirmed once payment has been received

- your first class can be booked singularly as a trial class but thereafter a 5-Abo package must be purchased and used within the alloted time frame

- 5-Abo packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

Attendance & Cancellations

When attending a Music & Movement with Sara class, please note the following:

- missed classes are non-refundable

- if you are unable to attend a class, please inform us as soon as possible. A make-up class may be offered at our discretion, but are subject to availability

- if a Music & Movement with Sara class must be cancelled due to unforseen circumstances, a refund or replacement class will be offered
