Music gives children a voice, movement gives them freedom, and play gives them the confidence to explore. At Music & Movement with Sara, I want every child to feel encouraged to join in, make choices, express themselves and discover their own abilities β all while having fun.Β
There are countless more physical, cognitive, social and emotional benefits to attending a Music & Movement class. Below I have outlined a few key benefits.

π Supports early mathmatics: rhythm clapping, pattern recognition and beat counting introduces foundational mathmatical concepts.
